In 1998, he finished among the top graduates from Ukrainian National Medical University in Kiev where dentists get familiar with all disciplines of medical students.

In 2008 Dr R graduated from a comprehensive Program at the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine where he earned hid Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. He stayed in Denver Metro area and treated children and adults before he moved to Las Vegas.
